Terms and Conditions of the competition

Consumers need to buy a pair of Cabello shoes from a Cabello stockist between Monday 8th April to Sunday 12^th May 2024, go to the competition URL https://cabello.com.au/shoes-glorious-shoes-competition/, enter their details and upload their receipt, by midnight on Sunday 12th May 2024.

Retailers need to provide the consumer with a receipt as proof of purchase – this is part of the entry conditions. If the receipt is not itemised, please write “Cabello” on the receipt.

To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase a pair of Cabello shoes from a Cabello footwear retailer in Australia and / or New Zealand. This includes online purchases via participating Cabello stockist online stores.

To enter, consumers need to take a photo of the receipt, go to https://cabello.com.au/shoes-glorious-shoes-competition/, complete the entry form, upload a photo of the receipt and press enter.

The consumer will then receive an email confirming their entry.

The winner will be contacted via email on Monday 13^th May 2024 and notified by email, Facebook and Instagram.

Follow these steps to enter:

• Purchase a pair of Cabello shoes in store or online between 8th April – 12^th May 2024
• Obtain a receipt as proof purchase (if you purchase more than one pair = 2 entries!)
• Take a photo of the receipt
• Go to https://cabello.com.au/shoes-glorious-shoes-competition/
• Complete the entry form, upload a photo of your receipt and press enter
• 1 entry form per purchase – to enter a second, third or multiple times, you will need to complete the entry form for each entry.

The winner will be contacted via email on Monday 13^th May 2024 and notified by email, Facebook and Instagram.

The consumer can enter the draw as many times as they like. Separate receipts are not required for each pair of shoes purchased.  If multiple pairs of shoes are purchased at one time, they can be on the same receipt. However, if shoes are purchased on different days, then two receipts will be required.

Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents only for purchases within Australia and / or New Zealand.

Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions.

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Europacific and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin of Europacific Footwear and the Cabello Retailer.

Promotion opens for purchases on Monday 8th April and closes for purchases on Sunday 12^th May 2024.  Entries into the competition must be uploaded to the competition URL by midnight Sunday 12th May 2024.

It is the responsibility of the individual to ensure that they obtain a receipt at point of purchase and keep the receipt for validation if requested.

You must be an active purchaser of Cabello shoes to be considered a Cabello retailer.

The prize winner can spend the $500 voucher on anything in the store.

The voucher will be valid for 12 months.

After being advised they are the winner of the competition by Europacific Footwear via email, EPF will contact the store of purchase and either obtain a $500 voucher or provide a $500 voucher for approval by the retailer, then send it out to the competition winner via email.

The prize winner will present the voucher, at the time of redeeming their prize, to the that corresponds with the name on the winning voucher.

The $500 must be spent in one transaction.

Other terms and conditions for the consumer:

EPF reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries, request a photo of the shoes they purchased, and entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per qualifying purchase; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.

Entrants must retain either their original OR a copy of their purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Purchase Period but prior to entry.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

The address for the authorised agent for Europacific Footwear in New Zealand is U14 Woolen Mills, 273 Neilson Street, Onehunga, Auckland, New Zealand

The draw will take place at Europacific Footwear, 5B Industry Circuit, Kilsyth South VIC 3137, at 3pm on Monday 13^th May 2024 by random selection.

The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winner will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw and their name will be published on Facebook and Instagram profiles from Wednesday 15^th May 2024. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize: The first five valid entries, randomly selected, will win 1x of 5x $500 voucher to spend at the store of purchase.
